using spring-loaded resistance, strong abdominal, leg and arm workout.
Personal Pilates program designed for you to suit your specific
goals or requirements. Suitable for people with injuries or specific
needs such as pregnancy.
If you are new to Pilates we recommend that your first session be
a private session. Your instructor will introduce you to the principles
of the Pilates technique developed by Joseph Pilates and designed to tone, re-align and reshape
the body.
You will form an awareness of your own body's strengths and weaknesses
and we will help guide you to determine if more private classes
are required or if you are ready to progress to semi-private or
group sessions. Pilates Physique offers a fully supervised crèche facility providing expert care for your child while you concentrate on transforming the way your body looks, feels and performs
