Pilates group classes are suitable for those who do not have any
major injuries. Your instructor will take you through a series of
exercises with the focus on your "core muscles" - the abdominals,
buttocks and back, combining awareness of the spine, Pilates breathing
techniques, strength and flexibility.
Group
classes last one hour. Pilates Physique offers matwork including magic circle classes, Power Plate® circuit classes and allegro reformer and tower cadillac classes conducted on traditional Pilates equipment.
Group
classes are conducted in 5 week blocks and increase in intensity
over the 5 week period.
All
group classes are pre-booked and have a maximum of 10 participants
per class ensuring a high degree of supervision and interaction
between instructor and participant.
For
those participants who would like to try a group class without committing
to a 5 week course, there are a limited number of casual classes
