Pilates group classes are suitable for those who do not have any
major injuries. Your instructor will take you through a series of
exercises with the focus on your “core muscles” – the abdominals,
buttocks and back, combining awareness of the spine, Pilates
breathing techniques, strength and flexibility. All group classes last
one hour. Pilates Physique offers Matwork classes, a variety of Reformer classes, Power Plate® circuit classes and Tower Cadillac classes
conducted on traditional Pilates equipment. Balletlates barre classes combining traditional ballet barre work and Pilates are also offered in an intimate group environment
All group classes are pre-booked and have a maximum of 10
participants per class ensuring a high degree of supervision and
interaction between instructor and participant.
Group classes can be purchased as a 5 visit group class pass, a 10
visit group class pass and a 20 visit group class pass. Each pass has
an expiry date of 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Group class
passes can be used to attend any of the group classes on the
timetable.
For those participants who would like to try a group class without
committing to purchasing a group class pass, casual classes are
available.
